YEW restaurant at Four Seasons Vancouver’s own Sommelier Adam and Emily Walker challenge each other to a blind wine tasting. In order to determine which wines are the best choices for dishes served at YEW, Adam and Emily decided to do wine reviews along with the blind taste test. Because YEW restaurant features many seafood dishes, finding the perfect white and red wine pairing can help enhance the succulent seafood cuisine, making your experience a feast for the senses.
Adam and Emily are given three different wines and have to determine both the name of the wine and where the wine originates, and they also offer advice. Emily’s beleives that wine is something that is meant purely to be enjoyed, despite your skill level or familiarity.
