Here’s the skinny (pun intended) on the drink. It was created by Chad Osman of Villa Creek Restaurant in Paso Robles Ca, using Treana White Wine and Elderflower Liquor.
It is a match made in heaven! I got to try it at this year’s annual event Sunset Savor the Central Coast, check out the video then make yourself a cocktail and relax.

Makes 4 drinks, because no one should ever drink alone 😉
8 oz Treanna White Wine- or a Marsanne Viognier blend
4 oz St. Germain Liquor
6 oz Tonic Water- do NOT use diet!
4 Lemon Peel Twists
Fill each glass with ice, add 2 oz wine, 1 oz liquor and then then top off with tonic water, finish with a twist of lemon and a smile.
