Whistler Wines- Wine Making at Vintage 2018


Vintage is my favourite time of the year- early starts and long days. Our wines are made from grapes that are grown using organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyard. The fruit is fermented as whole berries, or in some cases as whole bunches, using wild yeast. We foot stomped the ferments twice a day to control the amount of extraction in our wines. Our basket presses separate the wine from the skins gently, so that we don't get any harsh tannins in our wines. Discover our range at www.whistlerwines.com.au
