So it’s time to bottle up the blackcurrant jam wine, with it being jam wine it’s also time to have a glass.
it’s lovely stuff, tastes like blackcurrants and not alot else.
young wines tend to be acidic so the back sweetening mellows that out. black currants are usually a little tart anyhow so some sweetness never harms.
a really good little wine and ready in a month! whats not to like.
