How to use Blender – Beginner’s Tutorial (2017)

Blender is a free 3D modeling and animation tool that can also be useful for video editing, VFX and compositing. Today, I’ll be showing you the basics of how to use the program, including working with the 3D view, basic mesh editing, using different render engines and materials, as well as some basic render settings. I’m using Blender 2.78C, the current latest version of Blender. You can grab the latest version from www.blender.org

The man from the thumbnail is Agent 327. Blender Institute is developing a feature film from the comedic dutch cartoon character; you can watch the short and learn more info at (I highly recommend at least watching the short.)
