Kelly’s French 75 Variation
1 1/2 oz Seagram’s 7 Crown
1/2 oz ginger liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 dashes of orange bitters
Chilled prosecco or cava
Shake all ingredients except the chilled wine. Pour into a champagne flute, fill with wine and stir.

Kelly’s Walnut Thing:
1 1/2 oz Seagram’s 7 Crown
1/2 oz Nocello walnut liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
8 dashes orange bitters
Dash of chilled cava or prosecco
Shake all ingredients except wine, strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of bubbly.

Paul’s Algonquin Variation:
2 oz Seagram’s 7 Crown
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Dash fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with a splash of bitters (Paul used Dutch’s Spirits Colonial Cocktail Bitters).

Paul’s Vesper Variation:
1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz gin
1/4 oz dry vermouth
One dash of orange bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a large lemon peel.
